A Message to Prospective Ski Week Buyers

My name is Patrick Sullivan, and for over 22 years our company has owned and professionally rented prime Red Week ski timeshares in some of Colorado’s most sought-after resorts.

Earlier this year, we successfully sold 21 of our 44 ski timeshares, and we are now offering the final remaining inventory at substantial discounts as we formally wind down our ski club operations.

We currently have:

  • 3 Red Week ownerships at Vail Run (2 are up for eBay auction)
     
  • 4 additional prime ski weeks
     
  • All priced 70–90% below typical market value
     

These ownerships have been held strictly as rental investments and have been consistently rented year after year. In fact, I have never personally stayed at Vail Run, these properties were managed with income performance in mind.

To make the transition easy for new owners:

  • Maintenance fees are paid for this year
     
  • Deed transfer costs are covered as well as any resort transfer fees.
     

In addition to our ski holdings, we’ve operated a successful Florida rental portfolio with 94 tenants and continue to own four large ski condos in Beaver Creek / Avon. Recent sales include units at The Wren and Vail Run, leaving just a few exceptional opportunities remaining.

 

Today, I split my time between Florida in the winter and Colorado in the summer, still returning to the mountains to ski and enjoy everything the area offers. As I simplify long-held investments and focus more on time, travel, and family, I’ve decided to pass along the remaining ski week ownerships to new buyers.

These final weeks represent decades of careful ownership and management and an opportunity for others to step into prime Red Week ownership at exceptional values.
